Raised in a design-focused family, I developed a passion for architecture and design early on. With a diploma in Architecture and Construction Engineering, I enjoyed a 15+ year career in architecture, contributing to diverse projects and collaborating with talented teams. In 2020, I underwent a transformative 12-month mentorship with a seasoned UX Designer, paving my way into UX/XR Design.
I’ve worked closely with clients and stakeholders to drive problem-solving and innovation. In 2021, I led TriMax Windows’ branding and online strategy, contributing to their acquisition by a competitor. At Sun Life Financial in 2022, I simplified insurance and investment plans, cutting enrollment time by 37%. My experience in fast-paced Agile environments has honed my skills and reinforced my value as a key team member.
